Sorry to see you go. Send us the email address you used in the Gatchy app and we'll permanently delete your account, rewards and catch history within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in details
- Your catch history and unlocked rewards
- Personal data linked to your email address
Donations made through your catches stay with the charities — deleting your account never takes money back from Eat Up or any other charity partner. If you only want to take a break, simply delete the app instead and your account will be here if you return.
